Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide, straight to your door.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate based on your delivery country and the type of item. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does processing take?

Each order is printed on demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

After production, standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days within the United States and 5–20 business days to other countries, including South Africa. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs or carrier delays can add time.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us immediately at hello@boldtrade.store. We'll do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. As our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues — please refer to our size guide before ordering.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at hello@boldtrade.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Products

What sizes do you offer?

Most tees are available from XS or S up to 2XL or 3XL, depending on the style. Colours also vary by style. Check the size and colour options on each product page.

How do your tees fit?

Our tees have a relaxed streetwear fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more oversized look or sizing down for a fitted style.

What material are your tees made from?

Fabric depends on the style. Our oversized organic tees are 100% organic combed ring-spun cotton (200 g/m²), our boxy tees are 100% combed ring-spun cotton (about 237 g/m²), and a few styles use a cotton blend. The exact fabric and weight are listed on every product page.

Are your products print-on-demand?

Yes — each piece is printed specifically for your order. This means less waste, fresher products, and no leftover stock.

Will you restock sold-out items?

We regularly restock popular designs. Follow us on social media to stay updated on restocks and new drops.
